REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, CenturyScore maintains the following refund policy:

1. Digital Products

All products sold by CenturyScore are digital, intangible, and downloadable musical arrangements delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted once:

• The digital file has been downloaded

• Access to the digital content has been granted

This includes purchases made in error or changes of mind.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or incomplete

• The file does not match the purchased product

• A verified technical error prevents file access

Customers must report issues within 7 calendar days of purchase.

4. Resolution

Before issuing a refund, CenturyScore may:

• Provide a corrected or replacement file

• Resolve technical issues related to delivery
